SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Orders are shipped within 5–7 working days from the date of purchase. Working days exclude Fridays, Saturdays, and official holidays. You will receive an SMS once the courier picks up your package from our warehouse. The shipping fee is EGP 100. Cash on Delivery is available.
TRY-ON & PACKAGE RULES
You may try on the item while the courier is present. Orders containing more than one item must be received or refused as a complete package; partial delivery or partial handover is not available.
If you refuse the package, applicable shipping fees may apply. After receiving the complete package, you may request a return for an eligible item through our returns link.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
You may request a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in perfect, unused, unworn, and unwashed condition, with all original packaging and tags. Exchanges depend on stock availability. If the requested item or size is unavailable, you may request a refund and place a new order.
For returns or exchanges unrelated to a product defect, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. For defective items, GHAYB covers the related shipping cost.
ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATION
Adding, removing, or editing items in an existing order is not possible. You may contact us to request cancellation and place a new order after cancellation is confirmed.
